Our new R-Cast™ Texture line of acrylic is an ideal material to enhance any architectural design. Using our standard line of R-Cast™ acrylic material, we are able to apply various textures to achieve the look your project requires. Textures are available from the more subtle, such as sandblasting to create a frosted look, to the more extreme, such as cutting deep, undulating grooves into acrylic that are then smoothed out to create waves.
The Texture line of finish is available with the R-Cast™ clear acrylic line, but it can also be paired with any of our other, colored acrylic lines. Adding textures to the surface of the acrylic allows for creating different lighting effects, and often can also function as a privacy screen in any number of settings as the changes to the surface of the acrylic will provide optical distortion. Applying textures to our R-Cast™ material is able to maintain the same strength, durability, and integrity of the original piece of acrylic.
We can also create custom textures for your project need if we do not currently already offer it. Please note that there will always be slight variation in any patterning of the acrylic as all texture application is done specifically for your project.
