Working together with ICM (International Concept Management), RPT helped to create two luxurious saltwater lagoons for a private, beachfront palace in Saudi Arabia. The lagoons span half an acre (0.2 hectare) and are filled with a variety of reef life.

One of the lagoons contains an R-Cast™ acrylic panel essentially creating an infinity edge aquarium that provides an outstanding underwater view of the sea life. Together, the lagoons have more than a 350,000 gallon (slightly more than 1.3 million Liters) capacity. The life support system installed by ICM pulls 3,500 gallons (slightly more 13,000 Liters) of water per minute from the adjacent Red Sea. After circulating through the lagoons, the water is returned to the Red Sea.
