The aquarium in Hull, known as The Deep is home to more than 3,500 fish and 40 sharks. Reynolds Polymer was selected to provide large curved R-Cast™ acrylic viewing windows for The Coral Realm exhibit. All the curved windows allow visitors to view the tank from various angles, whether it’s looking up, down, or straight-on.

The other curved window allows viewing into the Endless Ocean exhibit. Behind the acrylic is 660,000 gallons (2.5 million liters) of saltwater and dozens of species of sharks. This window is a viewing width of 12 feet wide (over 3.6m), 42 feet high (almost 13m) and is 4 inches thick (almost 102mm).
