Reynolds Polymer Technology Expands Architectural Offerings
The launch of several new products expands Reynolds Polymer Technology, Inc.'s product line and plants itself firmly in the architectural and interior design fields.
Grand Junction, Colo.- Reynolds Polymer Technology (RPT), one of the world's leading acrylic manufacturers, revealed several new products this past year for the architectural design fields.
RPT is one of the first acrylic manufacturers to perfect an ice texture so that it looks and feels realistic, as seen with the new R-Cast™ Ice product. Because each sheet of ice is truly one-of-a-kind, easily formable and pairs well with special lighting effects, it's perfect for projects like restaurants, hotels, or nightclubs.
Another new launch of the R-Cast™ Mirage product line involved quite a bit of research to perfect the technology behind it. Using proprietary resin based materials, the product line is developed with stunning images, graphics, and colors. R-Cast™ Mirage is spectacular when illuminated and is ideal for use as artwork, room dividers, case work, or any architectural design elements.
In early 2009, RPT will be introducing R-Cast™ Dura, a fire-resistant material ideal for architectural, retail, hospitality, or point-of-purchase projects because of the ease of fabrication and formability. The material is semi-translucent and looks stunning with backlighting.
