 Through years of Research & Development, RPT has developed an ability to chemically bond an acrylic structure and create a nearly seamless adhesion while maintaining close to the original strength of the parent material.
 Our ability to complete a structure with an acrylic bond is priceless when it comes to certain projects. For larger projects that would be impossible to ship fully assembled, on-site acrylic bonding is a way of creating these massive acrylic structures. We make sure that this bonding is the same quality as if it were done at the factory, including taking the time and effort to set up a clean-room environment. This clean room environment ensures that dust and other particulates are filtered out of the air, allowing the bond to cure and set appropriately to the structure of the acrylic.
Additionally, bonding is critical for projects that are of a particular shape or size that a traditional custom cast would not be able to achieve. In these projects, the acrylic bonding allows for the completion of complex or intricate projects.
