Trevor joined the company in 2021 as President. Project Management Professional, with an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University. Possess over 20 years of experience in Operations and Manufacturing Management. Areas of experience including project execution, supplier development, FEED/Engineering design, logistics planning, purchasing, inventory control, contracts negotiation, labor negotiations and financial reporting. His experience spans many industries including power generation, oil & gas exploration/processing and automotive sectors. Certificate in Management Consulting (CMC), this skill set allows me to rapidly assess a business/vendor or acquisition target for stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
Robert joined Reynolds Polymer in 2018 as Director of Sales for EMEA. In 2020 he has also taken on the South East Asia and Australia regions. His experience on high-end construction projects in almost all corners of the world enables him to find the best solution for our clients.
Robert started his career at an architect’s office and moved into sales and leadership positions at various companies in the architectural materials industry.
A classic car collector, if not working you can find Robert travelling through Europe with his two young children and wife.
Paul joined the team in 2007 as the Vice President of Engineering. Paul’s team of engineers and designers are capable of engineering and designing the most extreme and unique acrylic projects in the world.
Paul has 23 years of product design and engineering experience. Prior to joining Reynolds Polymer, he gained invaluable experience working at companies such as Allied Signal, Ford Motor Company, and Ingersoll Rand.
Paul enjoys the variety and challenges that clients bring to his team. When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all Western Colorado has to offer.
Jeff joined the Reynolds Polymer company in 2016 as Director of Sales of the America’s. He has over 35 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industries, covering territories throughout the United States, South America, and Mexico.
Jeff has a talent of not only meeting his client’s expectations, but consistently exceeding them. He has a true partnership mentality and develops close ties with all of his clients, spending over 80% of his time on the road ensuring their success.
Outside of work Jeff enjoys doing anything outdoors including golf, hunting, skiing, and other sports. He shares these interests with his 3 children and wife Kelly.
Declan joined the company in 2019 as President and CEO. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the company having lived and worked on three continents. This experience gives him a real understanding of the global market and international economies.
He strives to drive out waste in all areas of the business and through teamwork is able to bring positive results to the company. He started his career in sales and progressed to running a variety of different companies.
Outside of work, you can find Declan working out, perfecting his golf game, and enjoying time with his three children and wife.
Tad joined Reynolds in 2019 as the Commercial Inventory Specialist and quickly became a rising star, being promoted to the General Manager of the Commercial Division. His experience in the Energy and Hospitality industries gives him a unique perspective that allows him to fulfil our client's needs and wishes at an exemplary level. With over 30 years of supervisory and team lead experience, he has a wealth of leadership knowledge and is well respected amongst his team.
Tad’s passion is his family, supporting his 2 sons and their families in education, music, sports, outdoors, and growing up in the 21st century with respect for our history and traditions. Tad is proud to have married his high school sweetheart and relishes the wonderful family that they have created together.
Jessica joined the company at the beginning of 2015 and is responsible for all employee-related functions. Prior to joining the Reynolds Polymer team, she worked at the Aspen Skiing Company in Aspen, CO and Starwood Vacation Ownership in Scottsdale, AZ.
Jessica grew up in the Grand Junction area, graduating from Fruita Monument High School and is very excited to be back in the valley. She is active in the community, being a member with the Chamber of Commerce, the Western Colorado Human Resources Association, as well as the Emerging Workforce Committee.
Jessica has a passion for the Colorado outdoors, golfing, and cooking.
Tom joined Reynolds Polymer in the beginning of 2014 and is responsible for all functions of our Thailand facility, including engineering and operations. Prior to joining the Reynolds Polymer team, he had a thirty-year career in Operations Management with the Acrylics Division of Evonik CYRO, where he also served as Safety Manager, Quality Manager, and Engineering Manager.
Tom grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, Portland, Maine, and Memphis, Tennessee before relocating to Thailand.
Tom is enjoying the challenges of managing an international business, as well as learning about all aspects of Thailand life: the culture, the customs, and the traditions.
Michael has been with Reynolds Polymer since 2008, after spending over 7 years in the civil engineering and construction industries. He attended one of the world’s top engineering universities and is very well versed in sophisticated technologies. Michael was attracted to Reynolds Polymer due to its advancements and innovations in the science and engineering of acrylic materials.
Michael is able to meet the needs of his clients given his passion for project management and engineering, gaining the trust of his clients all across the Asia Pacific. He has been involved in over 200 projects, some of which are the most visited and viewed architectural features in the world!
