Mr. Chow Restaurant

Illuminated Highly Engineered Acrylic serves as the architectural forefront at the Mr. Chow restaurant in South Korea. Three giant illuminated scalloped acrylic panels run the span on the façade of the restaurant, two of which are 8 feet wide x 37 feet high (2.4mW x 11.3m H) and one of which is 12 feet wide x 37 feet high (3.7m W x 11.3m H). R-Cast® acrylic is found throughout the interior of the restaurant – in fact, it’s hard NOT to see the acrylic. About 392 different acrylic panels – all illuminated – adorn the restaurant’s interior, tipping the scales at roughly 55,000 pounds (25 metric tons).
